1. Apply Breather Top & Base Coat as a base to facilitate the application of Breather Nail Lacquer. Let it dry.
2. Apply 2 coats of your chosen Breather Nail Lacquer color, allowing it to dry completely after each application.
3.Reapply Breather Top & Base Coat to prolong the color's wear and add even more shine for 7 days.
