Hold the disc firmly. Using a neutral liquid cleansing gel, gently rub the bristles against the granulated side in circular motions, being careful not to get water and soap where they are attached to the handle. Rinse the bristles thoroughly with lukewarm running water, rubbing them on the grooved side. Then, squeeze out excess water and leave to dry horizontally.
Using a neutral liquid soap, rub the disc directly with a soft-bristled brush. Rinse thoroughly with warm running water.
