1. COOLING EFFECT: Place the discs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and, once the desired level of coolness has been reached, apply them under the eyes, leaving them on for 20 minutes.
2. WARMING EFFECT: Gently immerse the discs in hot water, ensuring the temperature does not exceed 65°C. Alternatively, heat the discs in a microwave at 700 watts for 10 seconds or at 1000 watts for 5 seconds.
Once the desired level of heat has been reached, apply the discs under the eyes and leave them on for 20 minutes.
Clean the discs with a cloth after each use.
Do not reheat or freeze. Do not leave unattended while heating. Be careful when removing from the microwave, as it may be very hot. Do not pierce and keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin. Do not puncture or swallow. If the discs are damaged, discard them immediately.
